These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.
Our store is hosted on Shopify.com. Shopify provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Site.

Certain products and services may be available exclusively online through the Site.
Products and services may be available in limited quantities and are subject to our Return Policy.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, cancel orders, or discontinue products or services at any time.
Products available on the Site are for personal use only and are not for resale.
Summer Fridays does not ship to freight forwarding companies or export agents and may cancel orders shipping to known freight forwarding companies.
6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Outside of the United States, Summer Fridays currently ships products to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, and the United Kingdom.
For international purchases, the customer is the importer of record.
International customers are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, tariffs, and customs charges.
International orders are limited to $1,500 USD.
International orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
Certain products may be excluded from international shipping.
Shipping speed and delivery times vary by country.
